In line with the then market needs, MAPL started a 3 Line Rice Mill in 2016. It subsequently added a paddy milling capacity of 40 tonnes per hour along with a 5 MW Co-Generation Power Plant too. MAPL has the wherewithal to supply over 350 tons of Rice per day and post the ongoing expansion it can deliver upto 500 tons per day. The rice husk which is produced during the milling process is used as fuel for power generation.

Timely investments and utilising ‘state of art’ technologies are ensuring that the products meet global quality and safety standards. Manchukonda plant is equipped with the latest Japanese Satake technology which is a totally computerised operating system and is fully automated. The technology requires minimal manpower and this technology helps it produce fluffy, straight, separated and non-sticky grains. These traits rate high on consumer preferences.

MAPL is now equipped with fully automated rice milling and processing technologies. From sourcing to final dispatch, at every stage be it cleaning, separation, sizing, polishing, colour sorting, checks are done thoroughly. With constant investments and technology upgradation, the company is poised to expand its bouquet of products. MAPL believes that offering best quality products will ensure consistent customer demand and greater support by intermediaries. The primary strength of Manchukonda is its huge production capacity and its separate processing units for Boiled and Steam Rice varieties.
